Nothing it was perfect.

The bowl of fresh fruit and the little chocolates. The wine in the minibar was very reasonably priced. The room has a lot of character and it very nice. The town was very quiet and everyone seemed to make their own wine there. Very cool experience of the Mosel river.
The town shuts down pretty early. Don't stay here expecting much of a night life. Nothing negative to say about the room.

Beautiful apartment ,direct view of the river Mosel, very nice design.
It was very cold during our stay. The landlord wasn't able to turn heat on,so it was very unpleasant . Also we didn't like ,that we had no bathroom door.

A charming hotel on the bank of Mosel river. Our appartment was very well designed.
Unfortunately the weather was a bit cold so it was not before we left, after two nights that the rooms started to have a comforteble temperature.

The hotel was located in a charming old building, built in 1788, which added to its charm. We stayed in the Weinhändler Suite which had a spacious bathroom and a small but well-equipped kitchen. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and the Mosel river just a short walk away. It was a great base for exploring the nearby towns and villages.
The bed in our suite, which was not to our liking. It might work for others, but we found it uncomfortable.

Spent Christmas in an old building with thick walls, which made the temperature inside perfect, despite it being really cold outside. Enjoyed the suitably sized bedroom and the nice and comfortable living area. the building was very tastefully decorated. the location of the hotel was spot-on, as it was in the middle of two cities worth visiting - Cochem and Bernkastel. the ferry boats which stopped nearby were a charming way of exploring the town.
The bed in the room we stayed in was awful. the size of the towels provided could have been larger.
